Returns and Warranties

Damaged Goods

If something is damaged in shipping, that is the responsibility of the transportation company, and a claim for damages needs to be filed by our warehouse. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. Therefore, please notify us at once if an article arrives damaged–for two reasons: so that we can provide you with a replacement and so that we can file a claim with the shipper and reimburse you for the loss.

Defective Products

Most of the goods we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty against production defects. If you know or suspect that a product is defective, DO NOT RETURN IT TO US. Instead, please contact the maker directly or contact us. (You can also call us at 508-888-8305). If you contact us, we will connect you with the maker and help you to arrange for technical advice, replacement, or a full refund.


PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS ADDRESS. Also, please not that the purchase of all clearance sale products is final. If you find a non-clearance sale product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for making this return are the customer's responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee (minimun fee $10.00) will be deducted from your refund.   • Your Return Authorization number
  • The address where the merchandise should be returned
  • Other return information

Failure to follow this procedure may jeopardize your refund.
