Backside T-post Extender Insulators for Round Conductors
Like the insulators just described, these insulators will attach to the “back” (non-studded) side of T-posts; they will also hold the conductor 3 inches or 5 inches out from the T-post. Not for corners or high-tensile wire.
Universal Insulators
Insulators 07-104 and 07-104A are extremely versatile. They can attach to the front or back of T-posts as well as to round posts, U-posts, or chain link fencing. While 07-104 is limited to carrying metal wire or polywire, 07-104A can accept any round conductor—including metal wire, polywire, and polyrope/braid up to 3/8 inches in diameter. Not for use on high-tensile fences.
Insulators 07-105B, 07-105W, 07-106B, and 07-106W can accept the same round conductors as 07-104A. They are made to nail or screw onto wood/vinyl posts (nails/screws not included) and also to clip onto the front of standard T-posts weighing 1.25 to 1.33 pounds per foot. In addition, a hole at the back of these insulators allows them to be wired to virtually any post, making them the most universal insulators that we offer. These insulators are suitable for use on high-tensile fences using standard steel T-posts or wooden posts.
